Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weight 40lbs+ and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience in Back of House receiving/stocking or retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model back of house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
