Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Richmond, VA location.

This role leads the Receiving Associates and supports the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, keeping stockrooms neat and ensuring sales floors are well presented. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving Associates and extend supervision to the Retail Stocking Team.
• Maintain neat stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coach associates, monitor schedule adherence and recognize good performance.
