Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to join our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring product displays to life in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition.
