Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Burlington Back of House/Receiving team. You will guide Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on leadership approach, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay, associate discount, and growth opportunities are offered.

• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition.
