Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for the Back of House/Receiving team. If you have strong leadership skills, an interest in retail, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, join our Burlington Back of House/Receiving team as a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead!

Lead Receiving Associates, keep stock areas neat, coach teams, and ensure schedules run smoothly. Lift up to 40 lbs and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs or more.
• Experience in receiving/stocking or retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving Associates by acting as an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize good performance.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
