Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor, while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams to drive results.
• Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates, monitor workload, and provide coaching and recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
