Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Michigan is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will be empowered to lead store operations, coach others, and deliver responsive customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.50, eligibility for a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, a company-matched 401(k), paid time off, and other Associate perks. Schedule is respectful and aligned with store hours from early morning to late evening.

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
