Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Waynesville, NC seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team, coach others, and deliver excellent customer service while keeping the store safe, clean, and organized.

The position offers $18.00 per hour with a monthly bonus, extensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and PTO up to 152 hours per year. Work hours are 6am–10pm, with clear paths to promotion and ongoing leadership development.

• Recent leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to model professional customer service and lead a team.
• Willingness to cross-train in all store operations and responsibilities.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
