Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Newport, Oregon seeks a Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver strong customer service. This full-time role includes a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 152 hours PTO, and 64 hours sick time, along with a 6am–10pm schedule.

As a Leader on Duty, you’ll coach staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and model professional service while advancing to promotion opportunities within a growing company.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
