Harbor Freight Tools in Rio Grande, New Jersey, is filling a full-time Supervisor position. You will lead a team, model customer service, and ensure a safe, organized store while supporting daily operations.

The role offers an anticipated hourly rate of $19.75, eligibility for a monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and career development opportunities through promotion paths.

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
