Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor in a full-time role in a retail setting. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and serve as Leader on Duty, ensuring strong customer service and smooth store operations throughout the day.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $17.50 with a bonus opportunity, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k). This is a growing company with a focus on development and promoting from within.

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
