Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Columbus is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to lead a high performing retail team. You’ll be empowered to take pride in your work, with a focus on delivering great customer service and maintaining an efficient store environment.

The role offers a compensation rate of $22.00 per hour, eligibility for a monthly bonus, and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) plan. Related PTO accrual and paid holidays are included.

• Recent leadership experience in retail or a similar setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to coach others.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure professional store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.

The anticipated rate for this position is $22.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
