Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and drive performance.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
