Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) in Oklahoma to join a high-performing retail team. You’ll lead, train, and support staff while ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.

A clear path to promotion and ongoing development are available as you contribute to a busy, early-start daily schedule. The role offers a hourly wage range of $24.00–$26.40 with a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
