Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team. You’ll bring recent leadership experience and help ensure top customer service, safe stores, and smooth daily operations.

The role offers a market-rate hourly wage of $21, eligibility for a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits for associates and families including medical, dental and vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
