Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Stocker in Fort Worth, TX to support store operations by stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and keeping the sales floor and backroom clean and well-stocked. You will help prepare merchandise for sale and assist customers as needed, ensuring smooth product flow and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Safe use of store equipment (handheld devices, step stools, dollies).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and understand English; strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise accurately on the sales floor and backroom per standards.
• Inspect and tag items correctly before stocking.
• Maintain organized back stock and ensure product flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, and returns as directed.
• Keep the sales floor and backroom clean and safe.
