Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member at TJ Maxx Store Georgetown, TX. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, ring purchases, support loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized.

Flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are essential. Retail experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within TJX’s global family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
