Job summary

Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail is seeking a Replenish Associate to support multiple airport store locations in stock replenishment and order fulfillment. You will pull reports, maintain merchandise levels, and assist with planograms and promotions.

The role involves working with store teams to keep inventory accurate, restocking items, and providing friendly customer service at the point of sale. This position is on-site at airport stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Provide best in class customer service through inventory control and distribution.
• Operate handheld devices for receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers.
• Maintain stockroom and store appearance, ensuring safety and merchandising standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and IMT issues to management.
