Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Stocker to support store operations in Tempe, AZ. You will stock merchandise on the sales floor and backroom, ensure proper tagging and labeling, and keep areas clean and organized to promote an excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training on safety and policies is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use store equipment according to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom following merchandising standards.
• Inspect tagging, boot pairing, and label placement before stocking.
• Organize back stock to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient product flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, special orders, and returns as directed.
