Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and store policy requirements; read and understand instructions in English.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom while following standards.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and labeling before stocking.
• Organize back stock and merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy and flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, returns, and displays as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and backroom; perform housekeeping tasks.
• Support merchandising projects, floor moves, and display maintenance.
• Report safety, inventory, or merchandise concerns to management promptly.
• Arrive on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and assist customers in locating items.
