Job summary

POP MART in Century City, CA is seeking a Retail Stock Coordinator to ensure products are organized, replenished, and ready for customers. You will manage receiving shipments, stockroom organization, and timely placement of merchandise on the sales floor.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support inventory accuracy, assist with cycle counts, and partner with leadership on floor replenishment and stock rotation, while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory exposure preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize daily shipments efficiently.
• Process and tag new merchandise; place on the sales floor accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and replenish shelves.
• Lead inventory replenishment to keep shelves full and standards met.
• Collaborate with store leadership on product placement and floor replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising and prep displays as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts, audits, and loss prevention efforts.
• Execute opening and closing procedures with operational excellence.
