Job summary

Qualifications

• Stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lift, move, and position merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate store equipment (handheld devices, step stools, dollies).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and follow basic instructions; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to sales floor and backroom according to standards.
• Inspect tagging, boot pairing, and label placement.
• Assist with transfers, special orders, and returns.
• Maintain clean, safe sales floor and backroom.
• Support store presentation and floor moves.
• Report safety or inventory concerns to management.
• Provide customer assistance locating merchandise.
