Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a logistics processor to support store operations by receiving and unloading freight, delivering merchandise to selling departments, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and speed.

This role involves preparing and shipping orders, using inventory systems, and maintaining clean stockrooms and selling floors while supporting events and store tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing/shipping standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including events, backroom organization, markdowns, and fixture relocation.
