Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a logistics processor to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will independently manage tasks such as loading/unloading merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments according to quality standards.

You will use inventory systems to track shipments, help keep stockrooms organized, and support store operations including event setup and fixture relocation. This role requires strong ownership, prioritization, and adaptability to changing daily demands.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up events and relocating fixtures.
