Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a logistics processor to autonomously manage receiving, unloading, and delivering merchandise to selling departments while ensuring timely order fulfillment and strict quality standards.

You will use inventory systems to track shipments, maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms, and assist with events and stockroom tasks. A flexible schedule and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, e.g. events, backroom, markdowns, and fixtures relocation.
