Job summary

Medieval Times is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Clerks to support guests with a memorable experience and to upsell merchandise and photos. You will greet guests, explain products, and assist with purchases in a lively arena setting.

Successful candidates will handle cash, use the point-of-sale system, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and energy during varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ascertains each customer’s wants or needs.
• Assists guests in enhancing the Medieval Times experience.
• Has fun while delivering a great guest experience.
• Answers questions regarding merchandise and pricing.
• Describes options for taking and purchasing photos.
• Uses camera to take both staged and candid photos of guests.
• Sells retail items and photos to guests in the arena.
• Assists in monthly and quarterly physical inventory of merchandise.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Follows Medieval Times cash handling policies.
• Arranges and displays merchandise to promote sales.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma preferred
