Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Chesapeake, VA to drive guest experience, support merchandising, and lead a team of consultants. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and retail know‑how, with a focus on coaching and developing staff.

The position is full-time and on-site, offering benefits and opportunities to influence store performance through effective staffing, training, and daily workload planning. Applicants must be 18+ with retail experience preferred.

Competenze

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in retail preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
