GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Santa Ana seeks a Cannabis Store Specialist to deliver superior customer service, facilitate efficient sales, and help maintain a clean, compliant sales floor. You will educate customers, listen with empathy, and support daily operations under Store Management guidance.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires 21+ years old, 1 year of retail customer service, Livescan background checks in certain markets, and a preference for a BA.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail.
• Background check via Livescan in certain markets.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience working in a highly regulated cannabis environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes product knowledge as a main component of service and participates in store trainings.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative toward collaborative goals.
• Lead with strong communication skills and complete projects.
• Assist the team in shipping and receiving processes and maintain stock areas.
• Ensure compliance with all BCC, State and City regulations and company policies.
• Attend daily department and store meetings and uphold service standards.

Description

Overview:

A Specialist’s main responsibility is providing superior customer service, facilitating efficient sales transactions and general maintenance of the sales floor.Maintaining our standard of superior customer service with each interaction. Educating customers, listening with empathy, showing compassion, and understanding while facilitating a successful purchase/transaction, Specialists are responsible for partnering with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations based on their specific store schedule and operations.

Specialists adheretocompanypoliciesandactswithintegrityunderthedirectsupervisionofthe StoreManagement Team.

In adherence to all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of cannabis and non- cannabis product, the Specialist will partner with the Store Management Team in each location to support all facets of policy and procedures and sales floor duties.
