Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY, a cannabis retailer, seeks a Part-Time Specialist to deliver superior customer service, facilitate transactions, and maintain the sales floor. You will educate customers, listen with empathy, and support store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and teamwork in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience in a highly regulated cannabis store is desirable.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check via Livescan in certain markets.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Overview:

A Specialist’s main responsibility is providing superior customer service, facilitating efficient sales transactions and general maintenance of the sales floor.Maintaining our standard of superior customer service with each interaction. Educating customers, listening with empathy, showing compassion, and understanding while facilitating a successful purchase/transaction, Specialists are responsible for partnering with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations based on their specific store schedule and operations.

Specialists adheretocompanypoliciesandactswithintegrityunderthedirectsupervisionofthe StoreManagement Team.

In adherence to all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of cannabis and non- cannabis product, the Specialist will partner with the Store Management Team in each location to support all facets of policy and procedures and sales floor duties.

Physical Demands:

• Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjobtheemployeeisfrequentlyrequiredtostand,walk,usehands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and required to lift a min of 50lbs.
