What You’ll Do
As a
Retail Specialist at Snappy’s, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves satisfied.
Your Mission
- Deliver Legendary Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide the top-notch service Snappy’s is known for, no matter the time of day.
- Process Transactions Accurately: Handle customer purchases quickly and efficiently at the register.
- Stock & Organize: Keep coolers, shelves, and displays fully stocked and neatly organized.
- Ensure Product Freshness: Rotate and date-check all inventory, removing outdated items and optimizing product placement for efficiency.
- Maintain Beverage Areas: Keep fountain drinks and hot beverage stations stocked, clean, and in working order.
- Follow Safety & Security Procedures: Prevent theft, safeguard your POS login, and adhere to proper vendor check-in procedures.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a retail setting, and takes pride in keeping a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming store.

Qualifications
To thrive as a
Retail Specialist, you’ll bring the following to the table:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing legendary customer service every shift.
