Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Planner to develop space plans for new stores, remodels, rollouts, and special projects. You will interpret data to optimize layouts fitting business partners’ needs and store operations, including site surveys and traveling as needed.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a related field, strong AutoCAD and Excel skills, and 3+ years of space planning experience. Hybrid in-office/remote work is supported, with potential travel for site visits.

Competenze

• 4-year accredited degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in space planning
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Excel
• 3+ years of practical space planning experience
• Ability to utilize data to drive space planning decisions
• Gather, summarize, prepare and analyze store specific unit data
• Attention to detail to create error free documents
• Highly motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Willingness to learn new skills to meet production goals of the department
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

Mansioni

• Creation of all contract documents needed to execute a store project.
• Evaluation of proposed retail environments for operational compliance including stock and merchandise handling, loss prevention and store operations
• Maintain current, accurate and up-to-date project files
• Work with Property Development and other Ross departments through all phases of the project
• Visit sites to ascertain field conditions
• Conduct field inspections of interior finishes and fixtures
• Schedule plan reviews and present proposed plans for approval
• Keep current on computer network system and related peripherals
• Other duties as assigned
