Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on retail operations and merchandising leader to support cafe and retail locations across the country. This role focuses on improving the guest experience, coaching teams, and turning retail strategy into strong day-to-day execution.

This position offers frequent field work, collaboration with regional and corporate partners, and room to influence merchandising standards, program rollouts, and guest engagement across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in retail operations, foodservice, merchandising, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and guest-experience strategies.
• A confident coach and relationship builder who can influence teams at multiple leadership levels.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to travel extensively—up to 75-90%—for site visits, openings, refreshes, and special projects.

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on retail operations and merchandising leader to support cafe and retail locations across the country. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, improving the guest experience, coaching teams, and turning retail strategy into strong day-to-day execution.

The Opportunity

• Partner with onsite leaders, Regional Directors of Operations, Corporate Executive Chefs, and cross-functional teams to strengthen retail performance.
• Provide hands-on support for merchandising resets, retail openings, refreshes, renovations, new programs, and site-specific operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, signage, placement, promotions, service, and the overall guest experience.
• Deliver practical solutions, action plans, and follow-up support that help teams improve performance and maintain brand standards.
