• Retail marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash‑based retail operations and financial controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer applications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Food Service Manager with a strong front‑of‑house background, ideally from a higher‑end fast casual or similar high‑volume retail dining environment. Experience in retail marketing and some exposure to catering operations is highly preferred.
