NVIDIA Gruppe is seeking a Retail and CPG Industry Solutions Architect Leader in Santa Clara, California. This role focuses on developing AI solutions for the retail industry while leading and coaching a team of Solutions Architects. Candidates should have significant experience in technical leadership, AI technologies, and familiarity with NVIDIA products.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical leadership and people management roles within the technology industry.
- 8+ overall years of work related experience in AI and Machine Learning.
- Outstanding people-management skills and ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow the Retail Industry team of Solutions Architects.
- Be an industry leader with a vision for integrating NVIDIA technologies.
- Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects.
