Job summary

ResourceTek, LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect to design end-to-end technology solutions for a specialty retail client near Nashville, TN. You will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and outsourcing partners to translate capabilities into scalable, secure architectures that align with enterprise standards.

In this hybrid role, you will lead architecture governance, oversee integration strategies, and provide technical leadership across projects from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years IT experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or enterprise technology design.
• Experience designing and implementing integrated solutions across multiple systems, platforms, and domains.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with architecture principles and security standards.
• Own architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned application domains.
• Lead architecture sessions with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups; provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
