Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations. This is a customer-facing role for energetic individuals who enjoy talking with people and meeting goals, with hourly pay plus commission and benefits after meeting 30 hours weekly.

Shifts run 9 am-5 pm or 1 pm-9 pm, Friday through Sunday; compensation includes hourly wage plus

Position Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.

Compensation

Hourly plus commission!

Retail Associates earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
