Job summary

Circle K in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a full-time site supervisor to lead daily operations at the West Coast BU - Region 06 Market 06 location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage schedules and stock, and uphold company standards.

You will handle safety, communications, reporting, and financial controls; drive a positive image in the community and coordinate with suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions.
• Proficiency with computer-based reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English language communication skills.
