Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager and team in delivering sales and profits for the shop, while contributing to Mind's mission to support mental health. You'll lead by example, schedule tasks, motivate staff and volunteers, and ensure outstanding customer service.

This role is about responsibility in the manager's absence and personal and professional development opportunities.
