Job summary

VANDA CREATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent retail associate to engage customers, advise on products, and guide them through the purchase process. You will help maintain stock, set up displays, and ensure accurate pricing and promotions are applied.

You will also record sales and stock movements, assist with receiving goods, and support opening/closing procedures while upholding store safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Answer customer enquiries with accurate product information.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide accurate information on products, pricing and availability.

2. Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.

9. Check incoming goods against delivery documents and identify discrepancies such as shortages, incorrect items or damaged goods.

10. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, product movements, stock transactions, customer orders and deliveries.

11. Compare physical stock and records, identify discrepancies and report findings to the trainer or supervisor.

12. Perform routine opening and closing procedures and follow established store operating procedures.
