Job summary

Buckle in North Dakota is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support store operations and guest service. You will handle receiving and unpacking shipments, process transfers, prepare FedEx labels, and ensure proper merchandising presentation on the floor.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to Buckle’s policies while maintaining a clean, efficient backroom. No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received items to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders via FedEx.
• Check freight packing slips and transfer slips for accuracy.
• Ensure transfers are processed through the register and match shipping items.
• Pack and box items for proper presentation when unpacked.
• Apply security tags and prepare merchandise for sale floor.
• Maintain backroom organization, supplies, and fixtures.
• Follow Buckle policies and ethics while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Communicate policy violations to Store Manager and HR when necessary.
• Support on floor projects and assist teammates as needed.
