Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a friendly shift supervisor to lead a retail team and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced store in Colorado. You will help customers, maintain presentation standards, and support sales associates during peak periods while reporting to store management.

The role involves coordinating staff, being a knowledge resource for team members, and lifting 25–30 lbs as needed. Prior hardware experience is helpful but not required because we provide extensive training.
