Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist and/or fill in for the manager on duty, ensure opening and closing duties are performed, and resolve policy questions. You will guide associates to complete projects, respond to customer requests beyond front line, and maintain the highest level of customer service in a friendly, active store.

Previous retail supervisory experience is required; hardware/home center experience is a plus, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand

Answer customer requests that are beyond what front line associates can answer. Are responsible for opening/close store in absence of MOD. Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
