The role offers structured training and leadership development with competitive pay and benefits. You will open/close the store, supervise team members, process loans and pawn deals, and ensure compliance. High school diploma or GED and supervisory experience are preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team/shift lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise a store team.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure EZPAWN standards.
