Job summary

Quality Dairy Company in Lansing, MI is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maximize customer satisfaction. Open availability and retail management experience are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months previous Retail Management experience required.
Open availability is required.
Full Time Position with benefits and pay progression.

Responsibilities

Maximize Customer Satisfaction and Sales by delivering Customer Service +1.
Oversee shift personnel and ensure staff are customer service focused.
Orient, train and develop new Associates and retrain existing staff to improve performance.
Maintain store standards, organize time, and supervise opening/closing activities.
Ensure compliance with alcohol, tobacco, lotto/lottery sales handling and merchandising.
Provide quick, friendly service and create a positive work environment.
Communicate shift activities to Store Manager and fellow Shift Managers.
Perform stocking, cashier duties, and light merchandising improvements.
Adhere to safety, security and food safety guidelines.
