Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to help manage daily store operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, oversee inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. You will guide the team, execute tasks, and maintain cash integrity while supporting management in scheduling and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership development, cross-training, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
