EZCORP / EZPAWN is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Federal Heights, CO. The role leads customer service, coaching Team Members, and guiding daily store operations in a fast-paced pawn environment.

Excellent pay based on experience ($17.00–$18.50 per hour) with uncapped bonus potential, health benefits, and a clear career path toward management. Training includes a 5-week program and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/shift lead experience preferred.
• Criminal background check and drug test required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Open and close store procedures.
