24/7 Travel Stores in Abilene, KS is seeking a full-time Shift Manager. The role focuses on leading the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $22.56 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Team Support: Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards: Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards: Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
