Job summary

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at our Plainview, Texas stores to guide daily operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will participate in training programs, drive sales, and help the store achieve goals while coaching associates and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawn items (tools, jewelry, electronics, firearms) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position! Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion of the program Enhance your leadership skills through our structured leadership training programs Follow the Career Path and train for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store

Requirements for the Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) role:

• High school diploma or GED
