Job summary

EZCORP in Bacliff, Texas is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the store team, promote exceptional customer service, and help drive sales in a fast-paced pawn operation. The role offers career growth, paid training, and a path from Lead Pawnbroker to store leadership.

You will process loans, manage opening/closing, coach teammates, and ensure adherence to company policies. A high school diploma or GED is required and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of common pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus; bilingual is a plus.

• Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
• Performing opening and closing store procedures
• Supervising and coaching store Team Members

Requirements for the Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
