Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead in Dodge City, KS to be a frontline leader who helps keep a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while guiding daily operations and delivering great customer service. You’ll supervise staff, support scheduling, and mentor teammates to ensure smooth performance.

You’ll champion customer satisfaction, manage cash with integrity, and grow professionally as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Job Functions:

• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
